「核実験は、地震を誘発する可能性があり、北朝鮮に核実験廃絶を求める十分な理由足り得る」と主張するこの論文は、２０１７年９月、北朝鮮が６回目の核実験を実施した後、完成と見做していた。 しかし今日、北朝鮮が再び核実験の準備をしているならば、改めて内容を吟味すべきだろう。すると結局、北朝鮮は、韓国に新政権が誕生したこの時点で、米国等、関係国の注意を促し、経済制裁撤廃に向け、核問題に関する協議再開を求めているとの結論に至らざるを得ない。

One of the inventions of gravest consequences in the 20th century was without doubt, nuclear weapons. Notwithstanding the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty of 1970, they have spread to India (1974), Pakistan (1998) and North Korea. For this reason, war is no longer a realistic means of settling international disputes. Accordingly, there are no hot wars in East Asia since the end of the Vietnam War(1975), settlement of the Cambodian problem(1989), dismantling of the Soviet Union(1991), and acquisition of nuclear weapons by Pakistan(1998). Thus, the 20th century should be the last century to wallow in wars and armed conflict; they should no longer be permitted in the 21st century. This paper was originally written in 2016, before the onset of trade war between US and China, and way before the wars in Ukraine and in Gaza, and thus reflects the optimistic mood prevalent in those times, brutally overturned during and after the Corona pandemic.

あらすじ 　１　　ISSの復旧中に、地球上で核爆発が起こっているのをクルー全員が見る。　 　２　　核爆発により世界各国に死の灰が降り注ぎ、人類は絶滅の危機になる。 　３　ニュージーランドでは衛星放送、国外の電話、インターネットが不通になる。 　４　主役ジョニーの登場。ISSから必死の脱出を試みたジェリーが、地球に無事帰還するが、カプセルから出られなくなる。 　５　ジョニーは何かに急き立てられ、何故か父親のお墓参りに出発する。 　６　この核戦争の原因は一人の欲深い男の仕業だった。アフガニスタンで起こった核爆発が原因で、各国は間違った判断を下して全面核戦争になって行く。 　 そして、意外な結末が待っています。 1 The International Space Station ISS causes a sudden 　　 　 power failure. All the nuclear weapons on the earth are launched 　　 　 simultaneously, and without permission explode. 2 All the nuclear power plants also explode. 3 Radioactive fallout falls in every country in the world by nuclear explosion. And human beings become a crisis of extinction. 4 The shield of a mystery is expanded in the sky in New Zealand. And only this country is protected from a radioactive fallout. This work is the tale of the gap society and the love and the romance which the inhabitant among one room of 6 mats which is driven to bankruptcy by the main financing bank and is wandering a bottom and the solitary old people with solitary saw. This work is the essay and the novel which spelled that I,Haruhiko Haruyama experienced actually in the documentary style. It was driven to bankruptcy 6 years before by the stratagem in the main financing bank. It was possible it is possible to put the company which was managed for 30 years in the friend of the branch manager of the correspondent bank by the sale of assets. They pushed me, and my wife and children over to the abyss of despair. I become the body who receives welfare, and leave a family and am living in solitude.
